Book Review of the Amber Spyglass-Phillip Pullman

The amber spyglass is a mysterious book with lots of twists and turns.

What's it about?

Lyra now without Rodger needs to find him as she feels guilty that she couldn't protect him. However; Rodger is in the land of the dead and I suppose it isn't the easiest place to find or access. Lyra on the other hand does have Will, a determined young boy who knows what loss feels like.

Who's this book for?

As Phillip Pullman doesn't normally put age tags on his book, the amber spyglass isn't for a specific age; however a more mature mind may find it easier to understand the proceedings of the book. If you like mystery, time portals and polar bears then the amber spyglass is for you.

To conclude the amber spyglass is the book to pick up. It can come across confusing but the end result is worth it and Phillip Pullman is quite a story teller.
